NOTICE REGARDING UNIVERSAL SUCCESSION AND OPERATIONAL CONSOLIDATION
In accordance with the fundamental principles of the European single market, as enshrined in Article 56 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), and under FIU Estonia authorization no. FFA000481, Trustee Capital Management IFN OÜ Estonia announces the implementation of a universal succession mechanism and operational consolidation with Trustee Capital Management IFN Romania, completed on 18.06.2024.
LEGAL EFFECTS OF UNIVERSAL SUCCESSION
In accordance with Estonian Financial Institutions Act § 2-3, in conjunction with Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 35-37 and validated through Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act § 70, the completed universal succession produces full and retroactive legal effects, confirming and consolidating the validity of all previous operations under the prudential tutelage of FIU Estonia authorization.
INTEGRATED OPERATIONAL MECHANISM
According to the principle of direct effect of FIU Estonia authorization, developed through Estonian Financial Supervision Authority Act and consolidated through Estonian Commercial Code, the entire spectrum of financial operations benefits from the superior prudential framework implemented by Trustee Capital Management IFN OÜ Estonia.
